Step 1
Download iOS 6.1.2, and update your device to it using iTunes. Make sure you restore your device to 6.1.2 using iTunes, and not OTA, to avoid issues with jailbreak. Ensure your iPhone is on iOS 6.1 then perform a backup of your iPhone.

Step 2 Make sure you don’t have any passcode set on your device. You can disable Passcode lock from: Settings –> General –> Passcode Lock –> Off Step 3: Make sure both iTunes and Xcode (if installed) are not running. Step 11 You will then be asked to unlock your device and tap the new 'Jailbreak' app icon. It is imperative that you only tap the icon once. The app will open and immediately close. Step 12 Evasi0n will then inject the remount payload, remount the root filesystem, prepare the final jailbreak data, inject the final jailbreak data, and complete! Step 13 Your iPhone will now reboot with Cydia on the SpringBoard!
